Contact Us
This page has one purpose: helping you sort out a Pacuare River rafting booking. Ask which run, departure town or trip length fits your plans.
The site gathers bookable Pacuare trips in one place, from day runs out of Turrialba to two and three day canyon overnights, each linking to a live booking page.
- Already booked a seat on one of these Pacuare runs? Include the tour name and the reference number from your confirmation email.
- Name your departure city and dates, and we will narrow the Pacuare options.
- Add your travel dates as well, since departure points and start times vary between trips.
- Group size and kids' ages, since the youngest age allowed on a Class III-IV run is set by each operator.
- Say what sort of day you are after, whether a quicker paddle from Turrialba or a full route with lunch from San Jose.
For anything else, write to info@pacuarecostaricarafting.com and a person will read it. Noticed a from-price that no longer matches the live booking page, or a tour that seems to have stopped running? Send that our way too, it helps keep the site straight.
A plain word on what this site does and does not do. We compare Pacuare rafting trips, we do not run them. Every message sent here is read by a person, and we can talk through whether a day trip out of Turrialba suits your group better than a longer overnight, or which departure point fits your route. Once money changes hands, though, the trip belongs to the operator and the listing. Gear, guide assignments, schedule changes, refunds, all of that sits with them. We will always point you to the right inbox rather than guess at an answer.
Ask Before You Book A Run
A few things worth knowing before you write. River levels shift and any call to reroute, delay or reschedule a run belongs to the operator, not to us. We reply in plain language about what the lineup covers, where each tour departs, and what a listing includes, and we will say when a question is better answered by the operator directly.
